Ordering
* All orders should be placed via this web site for the convenience, accuracy and security of your order.
* We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards as forms of payment.
* Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days from order date.
* Your order plus shipping will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipping.
* Payment
must be paid in U.S. dollars and will be charged to your credit card as such.
* Sales tax of 4.167% will be applied to orders shipped within Hawaii only.
* Occationally, due to high demand, an item may be out of stock. Please be sure to include your contact information with your order so that we may notify you of this status.
Domestic Shipping
* The following shipping services and their delivery schedules are available for orders within the United States:
- USPS Priority Mail: estimated 3 to 7-business days from shipping date.
- UPS 2nd Day: guarantee 2-business day delivery from shipping date.
* Hawaii, APO/FPO, PO Box and US Territory delivery addresses should use USPS Priority Mail.
(UPS 2nd Day is not available for inter-island Hawaii, APO/FPO, PO Box and US Territory deliveries.)
* USPS Priority Mail may experience an additional 2 to 3-business day delay for locations farthest east of Hawaii.
* Orders are processed and shipped during the business days of Monday to Friday.
* Shipping cost is based on approximate weight and calculated during checkout, which will provide customers an opportunity to review total costs before submitting the order.
International Shipping
* The following shipping services and their estimate delivery schedules are available for delivery outside of the United States:
- USPS Global Express Mail : estimated 4 to 6-business days, or possibly longer, based on destination.
- UPS Worldwide Express: 3-business day delivery.
* Orders are processed and shipped during the business days of Monday to Friday.
* Shipping cost is based on approximate weight plus a $5 handling fee per order, and calculated during checkout,
which will provide customers an opportunity to review total costs before submitting the order.
* All applicable duties and/or taxes as a result of international delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
* All payments must be made in the form of U.S. Dollars.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in offering you quality products and services. Your satisfaction is our top concern, however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange it for another size or style or refund your return, less shipping cost. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please ensure that the merchandise is unused and in its original condition. Returns should be done within 15 days of receipt. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee for returned items beyond 15 days of receipt. Please do the following to ensure proper return or exchange of your purchase:
* Email us with your request and reason for exchange or refund at info@hawaiianislandwear.com.
* Include your name, contact phone number, shipping address and original order number in your email.
* We will reply with a Return Authorization number (RA#).
* Ship merchandise in its original packaging with a copy of the packing slip or invoice, notating RA#.
* Ship to our mailing address via insured carrier, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
